Sports Genius is an AI-powered chat concierge platform for sports events, providing automated messaging, event management, and multi-platform communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Signal.
2. User Accounts
- Valid credentials from an administrator are required.
- You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality.
- Provide accurate information and report unauthorized use immediately.
- Access levels (superuser, admin, user) determine available features.
3. SMS Terms
Program: Sports Genius Account Security (2FA / OTP)
Description: Sports Genius sends one-time passcodes (OTP) and two-factor authentication codes to users who have registered a phone number for account security purposes. No marketing or promotional content is sent via SMS.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity (typically 1 message per login or security event).
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, remove your phone number from your account settings, or reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Help: For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at contact@sportsgenius.net.
Supported Carriers: All major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive messages via WhatsApp, Telegram, and/or Signal, including:
- Transactional: Confirmations, schedule changes, tee time assignments.
- Service: Reminders, transport updates, venue info, competition rules.
- AI responses: Automated replies to your event questions.
- Administrative: Verification codes and platform updates (admins only).
Frequency varies by event. During active events, multiple messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or event participation.

- Reply STOP to any message on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal.
- Remove your phone number from your account settings.
- Block the Sports Genius number on your platform.

AI responses (via Anthropic Claude) are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. Content is labeled as AI-generated. Users in assisted vetting mode are responsible for reviewing AI responses before delivery. Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform is the property of Reston Tech Wiz LLC. Your uploaded content remains yours. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it within the platform for AI processing and event concierge services.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Integration with WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, and Signal is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Genius and Reston Tech Wiz LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed messages, AI inaccuracies, data loss, or third-party platform actions.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Request account deletion via administrator or contact@sportsgenius.net.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
